Personal Training

FitPast50 in Greenville offers personal training either in your home or at my location. I  help my clients to reach their fitness goals through cardio, strength training, stretching and flexibility exercises. Before I tailor make your fitness program we start  by assessing your goals and personal fitness level and your likes and dislikes about fitness. I  will guide you in  how to set and reach a active live style and achieve your health goals. My motto at FitPast50 - Be Active & Live Happy


Group Fitness

My goal is to inspire lasting change by offering a variety of group classes for you to choose from. Classes include aerobic exercise, stretching, muscle conditioning, or meditation through movement. I teach Group Fitness either at your chosen location such as rec centers, churches, businesses, parks or at my location. I am happy to bring all of the equipment needed to give every class a great workout. FitPast50 - Be Active & Live Happy

Dancing

 Ballroom- Latin  & Wedding Dancing: 


  • Learn Social dances such as Shag, Salsa, Tango, Cha-Cha, Waltz, Two Step and so much more . Enjoy the fun of moving on the dance floor with a partner and look polished at every social occasion.  Or learn to dance for your wedding  and create a memory to cherish. As a nationally certified Ballroom Instructor teaching you social/competitive dancing or choreographing your special dance as you dream of is my focus.  


 Group Fitness Dancing:

  • This is a wonderful way to keep moving, enjoy great music and  burn calories. Join one of our Ballroom Dance Classes on the schedule or any Zumba, Zumba Gold or Cardio Boom classes. It will leave you smiling and sweating while learning new moves and improving balance.. fitness seniors
